LR250 Customer Models
Developed a user-friendly configuration system for the SITRANS LR250, allowing clients to select desired functions and generate customized 3D models. This would allow them to visualize the product for their unique business needs.This was published onto an online Product Configurator, which now allows users to select and generate a personalized 3D CAD model of their desired product variant.
SACE Fiberglass Clamper
Fabricated a device that autonomously guides and clamps fiberglass for machining using Spark-Assisted Chemical Engraving. Performed DFMEA to initiate the design process and autonomized the system using a simple Arduino code. The prototype exhibited exceptional precision in cutting fiberglass materials.
Eco-Trike
Designed an electrical urban trike to be incorporated by public transit systems for traveling within Toronto. I developed a 3D CAD model with motion simulations, stress analysis, and drafting of each part in NX, to effectively showcase its functionality.
